@pc4l2 Isn't that makes music so magical, though? The ability to interpret somebody else's work of art and portray your own emotions through the piece? Maybe she connects with a part more than Chopin himself even did. It's all speculation and that is what is so brilliant. Just because somebody composes something, doesn't mean they are the best at performing it. I've written many songs that others can play far better than I can, in my opinion.

That's just simply awesome! I mean her hands are like lightning fast and plays the song of a quite HARD composer (Chopin) absolutely fabulously and flawlessly! Sure, she's really beautiful too, but the way she plays the piano is just so perfect that it makes hard to concentrate on anything but the music itself. Really BIG kudos for you, Valentina!

this reminds me of those saturday nights watching tom and jerry... congratulations

4:39 - my favorite part. Love how she plays it, too. A tiny, heartbreakingly beautiful little melodic descent.

I like this waltz since I first heard it on tom & jerry =P

I never liked that waltz until I heard her interpretation.

It makes me wonder if Chopin himself could play it so beautifully...
