Steve, you need more lights for your green screen studio, man. You should have a total of 5 lights: 2 to light the backdrop, and 3 to light yourself (set up in a 3-point lighting scenario). You are also sitting too close to the backdrop, you should be at the minimum 5-6 feet from the backdrop, in order to eliminate shadows and color spill.

Steve: I LOVE the pillows on your couch. Also, you know those microphones they use for the TV? it's on a pole and looks like a cone at the end of a 6 foot pole? You need one of those. The audio is weird with a echo off your wall.

The Audio def goes Mono (left) then stereo and back to Mono when you do greenscreen part..
