  • Did you not scuff off a bit too much when lifting the router at the end there?

    Or where you lucky?

  • @dextercf It was fine. There is a huge margin of error on these anyway because the lip on the button is quite big

    and will cover up even fairly large mistakes. But a small movement like that didn't even make a mark.

  • How do you make sure you dont cut the wood and only the plastic?

    You use a flush trim router bit.

  • @rdowney111 A few minutes after i posted that question, i realised what you just replied! ;D

    Those buttons should cover about 2-3mm of slip ups. Still, nice videos dude!

  • RPMs aren't nearly high enough on a drill, and the kickoff you'll get will always leave you with uneven surfaces inside the hole. This is way easier.

  • Why not use a drill?

  • Is there a video that shows or tells what you're making? It's going to be a kick ass arcade game or something?
