Adam Ericksen discusses Revelation and the Apocalypse at Hope College. The belief of redemptive violence as the only way in which our world will be able to be restored to the glory of God. In our world no one is pure enough to be able to reveal God and the actual meaning of the Revelation. In our society we wish to view God and the Revelation as a violent movement to bring peace to the world. While the actual meaning behind the revelation is the unveiling of God through the use of love and peace.
