I started reading towards the end of 2008, and no one knew about it in my school other than my cousin, who reccomended it to me in the first place.

NOW, I hate how all these people at my school are all like, "OMG, have you seen that Lightning Thief trailer?? I SOOOOO want to watch it!!"

Hate it. Nobody even KNOWS that it's a fricking book! ARRRRGH.

years ago when i start to read the books i was like these books are great, why wont hollywood turn them into movies.

and fast forward 3 years later, the first movie is officially made and im like 'oh great, now everybody will talk bout percy jackson'

At our school they ddnt really do that. Pretty much everyone read the book nd no one got all hyper cause of the movie tht much cause they knew the book was the real star so thts how I learned bout the book. I gotta confess u thought the book was gonna suk but it's my second favorite series now! After HP of course

\ four days to read the sea of monsters. Then a day and then i got up at five and got ready for school and get the rest of the the curse of the tittains then three days to read the battle of the lymbranth and three day to read the last one the last olympian wich was a good book u rock pecry jackson movies and books i wish they would male a sixth book .

I saw the movies and believe it or not... They changed a lottttttt and cut out a lotttttttt but still if u try and watch the movie without thinking about the book it's a pretty good film
