UDT Europe 2009 Video Brief

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has been engaged in the exploration of virtual world technology for undersea warfare mission areas. This video outlines 3 of our use cases: teleconferencing, rapid prototyping and collaborative engineering environments, training and education. Our continuing investigation is showing tremendous potential for virtual world technology to military applications.

It's a good thing SL is such a stable program with virtually no lag, compatible with almost all graphics cards, doesn't hog system resources or tear through 4gb of ram with memory leaks just to name a few high points.
