Reflexology - A Practical Guide
http://www.talkingpictures.co.uk/reflexprac.php
This DVD is ideal for anyone wishing to set up their own reflexology practice.

Carol Gilbey demonstrates how, working on certain pressure points, the competent reflexologist may locate and alleviate restrictions, congestion and imbalances. She gives advice on the equipment required to carry out reflexology sessions, as well as tips for taking case histories and how to diagnose patients.

Using detailed explanations and demonstrations, Carol shows us the different massaging techniques (the walking technique and deep massage) and then takes us through a complete reflexology massage session on both feet. For those whose feet cannot be treated, there is also a demonstration of how to perform a reflexology massage on the hands. The human body is constantly trying to maintain homeostasis, or a state of balance. But due to stress, injury, bad diet, lack of exercise and a resulting build-up - or poor elimination - of toxins, the body cannot cope and sickness sets in. Reflexology can help restore and rebalance the systems of the body. Reflexology - A Practical Guide
