@Searchinganswers Muay thai because you get to elbow, knee punch and kick you also get to go into the clinch you can hit anywhere apart from the balls and it is alot better trust me,

in kick boxing you can only kick and punch and you can only hit to the legs and face, if your after a more brutal style muay thai
