Wiimote + Droid + HDTV = Fun

Playing Games on Droid through HDTV using Wiimote!!

I misuse some technology so I can play my phone on my HDTV with a Wii controller.

Not that this is really practical I admit, but its pretty neat and perhaps a sign of things to come.

There is nothing special about this set up or hardware. Details:

- DV camera, video out
- HDTV (47 inch)
- Wiimote and Nunchuk, standard
- Droid phone, Android 2.1, stock, audio out
- WiimoteController app to use Wiimote
- The game is Deadly Chambers (v. 1.0c) from the market

I love your work around for the lack of an hdmi out! Seems like something I'd do! nice vid man, I just ordered a wiimote and nunchuck for like $18 off of amazon lol. Plus I got a mini hdmi cable with it, so now my phone will be an awsome emulator box! I just got the photon 4g, and it can run psx and n64 games REALLY smoothly!
