it does work as i am using it. did you download greasemonkey and the scripts with firefox otherwise you can't install them.

yep i installed it i went on the surf add page and i saw like this blue square and their were 40 seconds then i clicked a add and it didnt do anything special it just went back to the surf add page and i couldnt click the same add
im so confused lol

it is counting down 40 seconds, for every ad so the ad closes after 40 secs of viewing in a new tab and then it opens up a new ad for 40 seconds...
