Creating Email Signatures & Typeitforme

Here's a quick video to show you how I use custom Email Signatures & TypeIt4Me In Mac Mail, Make a NEW SIGNATURE:
Click: Mail/ Preferences/ Signatures Tab/ + (to make a new signature) Type or copy/paste your message.


InTypeIt4Me
Add "Clipping"
type in a "code" , I usually do first letters or abbreviations I'll remember, like "hb" = ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸¸¸.•*¨*•♫♪Happy Birthday To YOU! ♪♫• •♫♪ ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸¸¸.•*

It can be a short thing like these, or it can be a full multi-paragraph email with your regular signature (contact info) below. We use these templates for sending out our overview of services and other "standard" email responses, a/v checklists, following up on payments, etc. Then I customize as needed.
