I didn't hear many intonation mistakes at all; if any. You played this beautifully with nigh perfect intonation. I love your tone-it is perfect for playing Bach. One thing that stuck out at me that many "modern" players do not do is that you played the piece with the bass notes in mind. I have been taught by other teachers to listen only to the melody and that produces a surfacy interpretation. Yours was very deep and thoughtful due to your bass notes being brought out.

Just saying...it's not Gavotte AND Rondeau. It's Gavotte en Rondeau (Gavotte in Rondeau form) But this girl sounds really good.
