Learn how to make a cranberry/popcorn garland. It's a beautiful decoration made of natural ingrediants, and after the holidays it can be placed outside for the birds to enjoy!

  • It's a cute combination and looks pretty mature, actually. <3 Classier than just popcorn.

I was just wondering though, if you used frozen cranberries wouldn't that make a soggy mess when they defrosted and leaked moisture all over your popcorn?

  • Hi, I've used both with success. With frozen cranberries you would want to take care to not place them on a tablecloth because the bit of moisture could stain. Fresh is the best when you have access to them. Thanks for your interest.

  • wrap, we wrapped all of our gifts in the plain brown paper & did the old fashioned cross wrapped bow with the raffia. The name labels where either of real fallen green leaves or of cut out green paper leaves. If we ran out of money or something like that we just made baskets out of news paper/ magazine paper & either left them plain or painted them. Same for the envelopes we made them from old magazines. Lets just say that our place looked awesome! Everyone loved it. It was very green : )

  • the stems naturally become perfectly curved & they look amazing, we also did colored macaroni : ) that was super fun.We made our topper out of a giant grape fruit and corn husks with a whole lot of hot glue. we also hung as ornaments cinnamon sticks & peanutbuttered/bird feed pine cones. Our tree looked amazing. It supprisingly did not look kidy, cheap,or cheezy either. We had such a good time doing it. We went to the craft store and got some raffia, dollar store parcel wrap/aka brown paper

  • My sister & I did a beautiful tree last year weoriginally got the idea from this nice couple online...they did the most amazing all natural decore. So what we did with their permission and instruction, is we took the original idea from them but we tweaked it a bit to our specific tastes. They did a regular green tree, plain white popcorn garland strands, all cranberry strands, we did the same but also with all blue/elder berry strands, we both did giant dried chile pepers as ornaments, because

  • I am going to give one of those a try this year.

  • Hi, a great "back to the basics" reminder, & a cute way to dress up cookies.
