What a brave little chick! I send lots of gentle hugs and warm thoughts. I can't imagine a child going thru what I deal with every day, just breaks my heart. I hope she is doing well!

Well done Jordan. Thank you for sharing this video. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis for 13yrs and just began Humira 7mths ago. I remember my first Humira inj it made me cry and I am 30yrs old. :-( I understand that you never 'get used' to the injections you just learn to accept them. I hope the Humira continues to keep working for you. Take Care

Thank you for all the kind words. Jordan is doing really well with the injections however, she's flaring again and it looks like we may need to move onto Remicade :( Not what any of us want but if it keeps her up and moving around and saves her vision, I'm all for it. So, there may be new a video soon.
My baby girl is my hero. She's been through more then I can ever imagine at such a young age.

This put me to shame. LOL! I am 26 && a big guy. I also have 8 piercings, 3 in my lip, my tongue, both cheeks, && 1" holes in my ears. I was diagnosed with Spondylomyelopathy && had my first injection this week. I almost had a melt down. I then came to YouTube trying to look for side effects && stumble upon this video of a then 7y.o. handling the injection way better than me. I felt like a gobb. I know it took her a long while but still. My best to her && thank you for posting this. I needed it.

You are so welcome! And one day you'll get used to the shots. It took her a long time to not cry with the Humira. She says it stings a lot :(
