Car Driving in Japan: How do you drive a car in Japan?--- very, very slowly! On minor roads in urban areas, cars must share the road with powerline poles, pedestrians, cyclists and delivery trucks. In rural areas, metal guard rails and deep roadside drainage channels are additional challenges. As a result, Japanese drivers can squeeze cars into spaces with only a few centimeters to spare. Away from major cities, expensive toll roads can be lightly travelled ---- on holidays, though, they are solidly clogged!

  • I wish that you my Japanese teacher, Can you teach me? My Name is Seth Jeremiah Bowman. And Im 17 years old going on 18 in January 9th. Can we talk also too? I need to talk to a Japanese person.

  • @MrAki3461 Actually, I'm not Japanese ---- I just worked in Japan for three years. NHK (the public radio / TV of Japan) offers free Japanese language lessons on the Web. The advantages to the NHK lessons include: Wide variety of lessons / Audio files of native Japanese speakers / Videos of native Japanese speakers / Downloadable lessons to MP3 player /

Downloadable textbook in a PDF format.

    Enjoy!
