E&N Railway improvement finally (April 15, 2011)

Today, April 15, 2011 I set out to my local railfan spot to wait for the southbound pole train to pass when to my suprise I notice a lot of action at the Mile 97.8 crossing AKA Lowrys Road right beside the Morningstar Golf Course. A Southern rail "Highrail" vehicle among others were parked while crews were finally putting in a new crossing signals. About time! As there was a accident at this location not to long ago involving one of the RDC Budds and a car. Lets Just hope that this improvement is not Too Late. I did not stick around but as of 2:25pm the pole train had not passed southbound according to a Southern Rail crew member.
