Michael is No1 for all times because of his consistency and persistence. He reigned over 200m and 400m from 1991 to 2000. Athletes win Olympics and fade away pretty quick. He is free of drugs duing his career. For modern athletes to run 400m under 44 seconds is very tough. Michael Johnson has run 23 times 200m under 20 seconds and 24 times 400m races under 44 seconds which is a record itself. He is the greatest of all athletes
