I've seen elephants paint, and its amazing. However, once you've seen an elephant paint its obvious that this is a blatant HOAX. The elephant is perfectly blocking someone who is using their left arm (disguised as an elephant nose) to do the painting. Elephant trunks DO NOT move this way. Please, give the animal some dignity. If it is going to paint, at least give it credit for its own work.

This is just astonishing. We humans mistakenly think of ourselves as so far above other creatures.

i'm happy the elephants have maintained life on earth by keeping historic records intact, and engaging in activating the higher dimensional grid that powers all consciousness; they keep the wisdom, as much as the whales allow life to occur with their presence and thought intention.

grazer- huh, yeah, I guess it could be similar to some human schools, although certainly not quite as tortuous.
What country were you schooled in? Was it a boarding school? I can see how that can be very traumatic, being forced to leave your parents.
I wonder what idiot thought up the idea of boarding schools... someone who knew nothing about the importance of families, obviously.

yes i see what you mean. i was forced to attend school from an early age and had my spirit broken. granted they did teach me to read and write and count and do other such tricks and am currently unemployed. my real gripe is, the elephants are being exploited and dont get to keep the profits!

they are not imagining, just reminding how to do 1 and just 1 draw

I also think that I am fascinated of the great intelligence, the capability to imagine whole bodies, with the right proportions, with four legs... the paintings seem to be primitive, but it's amazing how perfectly the elephent has surveyed his environment. However, it is cruel to steal them their own, wild life and then to make money with their desperate deflection.
They ARE taking baby elephants, putting them through the phaajaan breaking ritual, and those who survive are torn from their mothers and forced to paint, play soccer, or whatever stupid tricks humans think of. Trust me, DON'T support this, it IS cruel, and unnatural. If you want a real experience with them go to the Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mia, a true sanctuary that doesn't require elephants to give rides or do tricks, just live happy and free as they deserve. Look it up. Thanks.
