So I have now discovered that this same way ALSO works for videos as well, just do the exact same things and there you go. (:D)
Before all those things though, make sure you actually didn't do anything that the fair use law doesn't cover
-below is the website that tells you anything you need to know about the Copyright Laws
http://www.law.cornell.edu/copyright/copyright.act.chapt1b.html#17usc106a(a)
NEVER AUDIO SWAP EVERRRRRRR!
Okay so NO ONE believes me that this works so i made a video of it -_-, theres no sound to the video instead nice little bubbles that tell you what to do, also theres a step by step instructions in the information.
again NEVER AUDIO SWAP, and if you do i should hope you have the original video saved somewhere because once you audio swap you can never get back the original song (from what i've heard anyways), depressing eh?
-the clips change every 30 seconds btw
Theres a chance your youtube account may be disabled, or your video may actually be taken off youtube. I've never personally seen/known this to happen, maybe it has? BUT this worked personally for me for 3 of my videos and nothing happened so you should be fine too. This works 99.9% of the time, so if you do decide to try this you do it at your own risk, you can just audio swap, but wheres the fun in that?
-Yeah..... So my video did have a claim on it, thinking that all hope was lost, I deleted it. But because I'm such a stubborn person and very much dislike losing, I did a bit of research read the parts of the Copyright Law that I needed
and discovered without a doubt that the same rules apply to video as well. Hoorah ^^. And there's my proof.

Alright so your song had been taken off of that video that you worked really hard on, you begin to freak out, well calm down there IS a way to get it back, this works for like 99% of songs atleast this is what i've been told.
Step 1. Click on your videos and find the one with the copyright issue, it will probably say audio disabled | matched third party content
-click on the matched third party content, this will lead you to the next page
Step 2. Now your on a new page you should see a blue option near the bottom that says I want to learn more about the dispute process, click on it
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of this new page and hit the blue link that reads Take me to the dispute form
Step 4. This will be the longest step. First when you look you'll see 3 options 1, 2, 3 click on number 2's circle
Now copy and paste this into the box directly below #2
"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."
it doesn't really matter if you include the quotations or not
-After thats done type your REAL name (middle name included) into the signature box
-Now what you do is copy and paste the bottom italiced paragraph into the statement of good faith box.
Click Continue
Step 5. Check and make sure everything is in order and click Submit Dispute
BAM! now you should have your audio back, it might take a few minutes or even a day the shortest time for me has personally been 10 minutes.
The last clip is what your video should now look like :D
As for disclaimers.. I still use them personally just incase, they probably do something so i did some searching and i found some that were really good.
