I ain't bragging because its sad. You have to look at it like this. Chicago has had the most murders with gangs, and crime going on. yall have about 2 million ppl. New Orleans have about 2 hundred thousand ppl. As of May 8th 2009 chicago has 108 murders and we have more then 6 months to go before the year out. As of May 29th NO has about 115. Now you tell me the statistics. We don;t have gangs.
