@QuietBuck You are correct, gathering is absolutely not rapture. There will be a general assembly in Mount Zion, the True Church (Here on Earth), when God establishes her, It is Clearly written in Isa 2 & Micah 4. For emphasis both chapters speak of same event. This is the assembly where Satan wants to seat in Isa 14. The New Testament is written for Saints who will pour into the gathering at Mt Zion Heb, 12: 22-24. Heathens who teach the bible don't even understand what mount Zion stands for!

I am sure you beleive this present churches are the true Church. No Sir! This entire present churches are the Dead Church of Sardis, Rev 3: 1, and belongs to Babylon. God is calling people out of her with the Gospel 2 thess 2: 14, Rev 18: 4,.which is not being preached today. This present churches and its teachers are murderers who teach a false jesus that saved them & have them born again. The true Lord Jesus Christ teaches that salvation & Birth shall be in the coming Mount Zion Joel 2: 32.

@QuietBuck - Mate, if you watched my video you would see that the whole point of it is to show that 1 Thess 4:17 and Matt 24. 29-31 are exactly the same event, just as you are saying. You can call the event The Gathering, The Catching Up, The Snatching Away or whatever you like - I call it the Rapture. The name changes nothing. God bless, Mick

@christianissues: If you follow scripture, and read it using concordance. You will easily see what is to return, and it is not the man image called Jesus. But something that was spoken about in the OT that few fully grasp.

@christianissues: Define Matt 24:30-31 in concordance, you will see it matches 1Thess 4:17 and is not what you believe it says. You are reading english all the while ignoring the true meaning. Gather is not rapture, 2 separate words, 2 separate definitions. Scripture warns us about altering it, adding to it.

@QuietBuck Yes, I read John but don't you realise that Jesus is going to return one of these days? From what you say, the world is going to continue on forever and ever and Jesus is never to return. Don't you believe Matt. 24:29-31? If you look at these verse you will see that Jesus IS going to return, gather His elect (commonly called the Rapture) and punish His enemies. @christianissues: Please read John 17:14-17 and realize Yahushua was AGAINST the rapture by his own lips. You are reading something that is not there. Also open any Concordance and define 1Thess 4:17 and realize it is NOT the image painted to you by man. Did you know the rapture is only 300 yrs old?

@QuietBuck Hello there. I don't think you watched the video very closely. Jesus said in Matt. 24:30-31 that He would return to gather (rapture) the elect and I sure believe Him. This is the same event as described in 1 Thess. 4:17 - being 'caught up' is the Rapture and occurs when Jesus returns to save His saints and destroy His enemies. God bless, Mick
