@Crazy4Dramas Are you saying that you are related to the majority of the Chinese people:the Hans? From my understanding of the World: Chinese. It can also means the same like "American". Because The Hans is the majority (overpower), they have made Mandarin Chinese the main language just like in the United State where White people had made English, the main language. I am Hmong, but I don't consider myself Chinese, because I am an American (Hmong American) Even through my Ancestors was from China

War between Miao and chinese happened from 5000 years ago to now.After Si you lost before Huangdi,many Miao run to south,stared painful history of Miao.

Miao is not chinese.Miao now is only citizen of China,but not chinese in race,origin.

You are absolutely correct. Hmong people are of CHINESE ancestry. Being Chinese means ancrestry of or from China. The HAN chinese are the majority that lives in China. The Hmong/Miao are also chinese along with many other minorities. I just wish stubborn Hmong kids would just understand it.

So to be politically correct. I am of Chinese ancestry of the Hmong/Miao minorty. Thanks!

Miao people is one of the ethnical minorities. They are friendly, down to earth and full of life. Unlike the Tibetans (outside of China) who are used by the westerns constantly stir up anti-China emotion.

even thai in thailand and dai in china,thai lue and shan ppl of burma don't even speak the same,but said they're related,just like us miao/hmong.we once from same root or ancester chiyu.so if you not satified with miao/hmong then maybe you are some lost alien from outer planet or something.
