No new taxes for those making under $250K.. (tobacco tax / takeover of industry)..

He has lied about the two health care bills and their contents..

He lied about transparency..

He lied about not reauthorizing the patriot act..

He lied about ending the Iraq war...

A better question is.. When has he told the truth?

I have read both his autobiographies.. Those alone make me question the guy. He is 46 years old and has TWO autobiographies? And both are a mix of fact and fiction (it even says so in the prefaces)..

I worry about this guy because of who he has surrounded himself with in the past and present. I have read a lot of his policy ideas and some are pretty much in direct violation of the constitution. He has been flat caught in so many lies. So was Bush.. I am not surprised by any of this stuff.

The CBO scored Obamacare on six years of coverage for 10 years of taxes, which is how the CBO showed the bill to be deficit neutral . It’s unconstitutional mandating all citizens to purchase health care. Mend: I agree he wants to change DC-it's the kind of change that scares me! And I do a ton of research. I'm also very familiar with Black Liberal Theology, (BLT) which is/was (?) his religion and everything he's doing goes exactly as James Cone (Founder of BLT) says it should. I'd recommend reading that. I don't dislike Obama-he is a very nice guy, I just think his philosophies are anti-constitution. NOT that BUSH's weren't. I'm just now waking up to the fact that I've been duped for too long.

I've read almost 300 pgs of the bill & am still reading. We have a group in my city that meets once a week to read the bill too (although I have never attended) but to accuse us of having no idea what's in the bill is ludicrous. People like her don't care what's in the bill as long as they get their taxpayer handout!

I was going to go one by one but I have other things to do. I'll just say that in my view Obama's optimism hit DC's reality.

Although a few of those lie are debatable (Pork, Taxes, Transparency) and as I recall are claims by lazy media outlets.

I'm trying to remain optimistic about Obama (but not blindly) because its been a long time since there's been any effort to clean up the mess that is DC.
