That is one of the hundreds of Pictures inside the Power Auras Classic for an extra buff for my Healspec.

I had done the graphs with Recount and manually moved them to the sides of the smaller sidebars. It is possible to attach that frames in the LUI config menu here...
LUI>Frames>TPS(DPS)> Here you can attach a second frame to be shown, when the sidebar is open.
