  • THIS is the way our anthem should be sung.....no over the top yelling and screeching like so many sing it.....Sing it AS WRITTEN, not "syled" until it becomes almost unrecognizable. BRAVO JACKIE

  • No silly vocal gymnastics, she sung it the way it's suppose to be sung......OUTSTANDING!

  • American anthem is the most difficult to sing... this is amazing.

  • Jackie, thank you for that gift. I am a U.S. Marine, and it is not an easy thing to do, but you brought tears to my eyes when you sang the National Anthem.

  • do you hear the assholes in the background chanting...they should have their asses kicked...but its a Pa fan what do u expect

  • She is an amazing talent that will only get better with time, practice and clean living, let's hope! A lot of folks don't like the anthem sung this slowly, myself included, but that says nothing about her vocal quality. She is tone perfect and pitch perfect, both at once. She hits the high note on "free" like Steve Tyler did, and they each nail it in their own way, the leather-throated rock ruffian in his 60s and the 12-yr-old angel of purity from another galaxy. It's a HARD song to sing, folks.

  • fabulous, she is so nice to hear.

  • I can tell that someday, she is going to be the youngest person ever to win a grammy.

  • Thanks to this lil girl all i can say is AMERICA

  • @SpeedyNeutrino43 Yes! Yes! Yes! Singing the national anthem shouldn't be about the singer as much as it should be about the words, the meaning, the country. When it's sung badly I fault the person (or committee) that chose the singer.

  • And a capella at that!
