  • Listening to this is so frustrating for me. Vit C is good, Vit C is bad....fish oil is good...fish oil is bad. Everything is good, everything is bad. I just was diagnosed with type 2 and it's frustrating to know what I can and can't eat and what I can and can't take. So many opposing options.

  • The answer to diabetes is to get rid of sources of cadmium in food.

And to exercise, while still possible, to sweat out and urinate out the hard to get

rid of cadmium. Also, as cadmium is daily raining down on us all from fossil fuel pollution, and as landfills get more cadmium from metals and batteries each day, extraordinary measures are need to grow fruits and vegetables free of cadmium. Yes, I am saying the level should be zero (as it almost is in Himalayan salt).

  • The cause of diabetes is cadmium metal. See "Urinary Cadmium, Impaired Fasting Glucose, and Diabetes in the NHANES III" by Gary C. Swartz et al.

They said, "These findings, which require confirmation in prospective studies, suggest that cadmium may cause prediabetes and diabetes in humans."

  • At least the public gets to hear the truth-- that dietary supplements are actually drugs. Hopefully knowing this will help people investigate what they are putting into their bodies.

  • Finally some truth about dietary supplements-- that they are actually drugs! Hopefully people will start paying attention to what they are putting into their bodies!

  • They're apologists for drug companies. The guy called the consumers of dietary supplements, 'naive'.
