  • Legal Cubans in the U.S. will not drive down domestics, or non-cuban cigars. Prices will remain high due to higher tobacco taxes. Cuba may have lowr processing costs, but they will price them in accordance with the prevailing market price. I don't see cheap cigars in Canada where Cubans are legal.

  • I would love to see Cubans for sale in America, because it would make domestics cheaper.
