In Part 2 of our interview from the 2009 IPCPR Show in New Orleans, Nestor Miranda reveals some cigar smoking facts, opines on the reality of Cuban cigars being sold in the U.S. if the embargo is lifted, and suggests the ideal city for holding a future cigar convention.
Legal Cubans in the U.S. will not drive down domestics, or non-cuban cigars. Prices will remain high due to higher tobacco taxes. Cuba may have lowr processing costs, but they will price them in accordance with the prevailing market price. I don't see cheap cigars in Canada where Cubans are legal.

I would love to see Cubans for sale in America, because it would make domestics cheaper.
