  • Always shake the vinegar bottle first.... never use boiling water due to it killing the goodness in the mixture, warm distilled water is much better.

  • I take two tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs) &two tablespoons Raw Honey with distilled water three times a day for two months now....and i feel more like 26 than 62! LOL

  • DO NOT pour "BOILING" water into the mix it will destroy the nutrients. Use warm water if u have to.

  • @khalloud2008 no, stupid advice... diabetics should use honey not apple juice, apple juice is not an alternative to honey...

  • @guttgetter..absolutely!..never in hot drink!(not above 40 degrees Celsias).Raw honey/or Manuka should be taken on empty stomach to maximise it's benefits.I used Manuka UMF 10+honey(only lab tested) on cold sores, cuts,MRSA infection, wounds, strep throats(even when doc.said impossible to treat without antibiotics;).We didn't have any ''tummy bugs or flu .since started taking Manuka daily(1 tsp /day..as preventative/when having colds I take 3x/day)..brilliant nature's wonder medicine!!!

  • @postsilv71 does this mean i should not put honey in hot tea?

  • I do the same thing but adding boiling water defeats the purpose of the raw honey, you don't want to cook it. I just make it cold but if you want to make it hot, don't make it real hot, their are enzymes in the vinegar and honey that can be destroyed.

  • @jotandtittle-thanks for the conversion table...my point was that the girl in the video..is pouring fresh boiled(100 C) water..into the honey & cider vinegar mixture!!...not a good thing..reasons explained in my previous comment..

  • thats useful

  • Zap your colon!

  • I also drink 2 tblsp. of the Bragg's daily with 1 tsp. of baking soda and 6 oz. of H20 for preventative maintenance. :)

  • just a note:

    40° Celsius = 104° Fahrenheit
