Um, no, Barbara Boxer was one of 23 Democrats in the Senate to vote against going to war in Iraq. And she's one of the strongest progressive voices in the Senate. Check your facts.

I wish Californians would kick out Boxer. She supported the war and she supported Lieberman which helped continue the war. Boxer is no Democrat.

i agree, elections have consequences, the liberals won the national elections all around. it's obama's duty to name a liberal to the court!
why in god's name should he even entertain the idea or appointing a moderate. bush only thought of appointing religiously oriented justices.
there should be no question, obama MUST appoint a liberal & if he gets to appoint two more in his 8 yrs, they too MUST be LIBERAL!
we've had enough of a particular religion's biased influence. it's bad for america.
