Fighting Fit (Kirk/Spock Slash)

Captain Kirk has discovered the answer. But, as we know, Mr Spock is a Stubborn Man. He apparently knows what he needs but just won't take it.

The song is by Gene, and in addition to the staple material of my slideshows, the screencaps from TrekCore.com, I used here a sweet photo manip made by Erika (got it from www.thyla.com). I'm usually not a slasher (in fact most slashers kinda worry me with how they spend so much time pairing guys in various series that don't belong together), but I swear Kirk and Spock and so gay for each other.

It gets really obvious with the movies, especially. Kirk wasn't near as devastated about his son dying as he was with Spock among other things.

I agree with you completely. I used to be sceptical even about K/S and started rewatching TOS with the sole purpose of finding out where slash as a cultural phenomenon is coming from. I seriously thought that K/S would prove to be far-fetched like most slash pairings, but I gladly admit I was wrong... The movies should convince anyone of their love.

I only discovered slash in the last two years, but had felt for years that ST was all about Kirk and Spock's love for each other. When I found slash I was in love...until I started reading some of the rubbish pairing and ridiculously bad ideas. I think that 99% of slash on the Internet is giving a bad name to beauty of Kirk/Spock.
