  • There shouldn't have to be a law saying you can grow in your front yard. Any law prohibiting growing ANYTHING on your own private property is morally wrong and can't exist in a truly free society. What does that tell us about America?

  • And thank you, Will Allen, for leading the way regarding bringing nutritious fresh fruit, vegetables, and other healthy foods to inner-city residents who want and need them...

  • How this outrages me as well. Yet, enough of us have to stand up to such bureaucracy and plainly state that we have more significant priorities than these outdated and misguided policies. Further, enough of us in this country have to learn to (value) nutrient-dense foods. For many/most of us, truly fresh produce comes secondary to virtually all other foods - even if we have access to these. But you are right - only growing our own food will allow us to become resilient.

  • ...update...now seems she's leaving the state, to Seattle...

  • the one thumbs down for this video is the prosecutor for sure lol

  • Good to see you covering this legal issue.

  • Now it's time for Julie Bass to go after every municipal felon who persecuted her while acting under the color of law and under the color of authority. It's time destroy their lives by taking everything they have.

  • I don't understand which 'fruit-cake' would say you couldn't grow veg in your front yard... that's just ODD! someone must have shares in supermarkets or something... Unreal....

  • Awesome!!!!!! Thanks for the update in Oak Park.. really concerned for that fellow gardner :P
