@andrewkenworthy My stepson who is 11 thinks war is cool and glorious and wants to be a soldier. He has no concept of the realities of war. While I admire any adult (18+) who chooses to join the military, it should be an informed decision. I showed my stepson this video and it seemed to have an effect. If anyone out there knows of any more graphic videos that shows the horrors of war, please forward me the link so I can show it to him. Thanks.

heres to the people that the books allways forget about ww1 - the new zealanders, australians, irish. welsh, indians, chinese, japanese, morrocans, algerians, lybians, nepalese, serbians, croatians, bosnians, albanians, turkish, arabs, rumanians, tunisians, veitnamese, cambodians, loatians, kenyans, south africans,slovenians, hungarians, bulgarians...etc....and all the rest...not just british , american, german, or russian....please remember every one..cheers...least we forget.

the war was for nothing ..they all died on all sides for nothing, its was a war for nothing, how can you say they died for us, what bollox, even the vets when alive on both sides knew it was all for nothing, sent to die by leaders who wanted to experiment with new weapons and save face, and that was it, honor ..they were told and show how to commit mass suicide,,poor bastards didnt even in many cases get to do and fighting, just the dying,what a waste.
