Don't get me wrong,he is a complete pain in the ass,but I'm definitely sure Atlus has nastier stuff than him.I think it's mainly for the the fact that a boss this bad shows up this early in the game when your combat tools are minimal that makes him so horrible.

I got so pissed off the first time I ran into Matador. The other fiends weren't so bad because I could over-train and beat them...but Matador...four attempts.

Matador was easy compared to the likes of Red Rider and The Harlot. Seriously, fuck those two.

@yuris00 he was easy, matador was only tough because of he's placement. you'd think, oh all these demons are weak, then you run into matador and he destroys you. the area made it hard to level up as well =_=

I honestly found that it that Matador and White Rider where the hardest. I never fond Trumpeter that hard.

My most hated fiend bosses are Matador, harlot, and trumpeter. All were equally annoying (IMO).

AHHHHH!!!! FLASHBACKS! Seriously though... The Matador took a lost of tries. The Pale Rider took a few tries. Metatron, the -outen bosses ( the 4 similar looking guys with different elements ). *shudders* ... with delight? What a fabulous game.

Fun fact: Matador is the page image for the Atlus section of "That One Boss" on TVTropes. That's right, for a company that has enough hard bosses to have a separate page, he's considered the nastiest.
