shit, i live right by there. I easily could have been kyaking in that very spot. I don't mind slightly drunk drivers, but if you can't stay in your boat at 15 mph on a river, you can't hold your booze.

Why doesn't the red inflatable do a cirlcle just a little wider then the unmanned boat and slowly close in on it - when along side, someone can scramble onboard.

My friend's sailboat was hit by this boat and his wife died on impact. He sustained multiple injuries. The other couple on the sailboat were also injured. The video did NOT show the actual collision but caught the aftermath of the boat being corraled. Susan Brandes was a wonderful wife mother and grandmother and will be sorely missed by her family and friends. God Be with you Lee for this tragic loss by an out of control drunk uncaring excuse for a human being.
