When I saw the schools countdown clock, it felt like I stayed home from school that day so mum could look after you. Beautiful, brings a tear to the eye.

The start up theme is of course Perpetuum Mobile, It was widely heard in these parts and no doubt the Midlands too in the 60's when ABC operated the weekend licences there. ABC of course sort of 'became' Thames when it was forced to merge with Rediffusion but ABC were very much in charge, hence the presentation.
