How To Get Emoticons On iPhone And iPod Touch Keyboard

@baddiefasho13 go to Settings>General>Keyboard>Inte­rnational>Add Keyboard>Emoji

then on keyboard when you type at the bottom there is a little web thing, click on that and you have emoticons! No jailbreak required.
