lol like everyone else that has made a comment on here thats just how billy is! He is like the drunk uncle at the christmas that everyone just kinda blows off! Yelling "BOOMER!" two or three times is ok...but he KEPT GOING. He wnet a little overboard. He did the same thing when Jason White won it back in 03'. I love Billy Sims but he needs to realize he steals the spotlight when he does that whether he realizes it or not.

i think billy sims should b told that if he does it again, he should not b allowed to come back cuz even bradford got tired of him doin it! it was embarrasing for ou! im sry! he went way overboard! i guarentee u if earl campbell or ricky williams was there repping texas and colt mccoy won, like he shouldve, they would not have been as obnoxious as sims! they wouldve stood up and clapped and congratulated him afterwards! they wouldnt have been screaming HOOK EM!!! or TEXAS FIGHT!!! countlesstimes

Billy was being Billy. Go to the Tulsa State Fair next year when he is there, he will yell it in the middle of Expo Square randomly. Billy did the same thing when Jason won but I guess no one remembers that. I loved it, I called my family to tell them and they just laughed cause we do know Billy personally and it was just the norm.
