This is my level 2 first aid kit in review.
I am not a profecional, this is just what I take with me hiking camping or if needen in any situation that might use the help.

Yes, Benzalkonium Chloride & Lidocaine HCI which is in the Antiseptic Wash is much better for your minor cuts than Peroxide. Peroxide is hard on your skin and sido toxic. However peroxide is good if you need to know if a cut is infected or not.

If Josh Smit is a nationaly registered EMT (what ever that is, I don't recognize that in Australia) he would at least be able to spell 'KNOW' . I work in ER in Australia. Your info is OK. I think one has to be careful not to take too much stuff, remember it all has to go on your back. Sometimes traveling light and fast and utilizing a window in the weather is better than carrying lots of gear. Everything is a trade off. Cheers. PS, peroxide is CYTO toxic... kills cells.

Umm I dont want to seem pushy, but those cold compresses run out fast, so I would recommend at least 2 but that is just me.
