Charmed Effects - Whitelighter Orbing

This is my version of the Orbing visual effect they used for Leo and other Whitelighter in the Fifth and Sixth season of Charmed.

hey dude how did you made that the whitelighter effect orbing in and out? i wanna make it to...

it's a combination of filming the scene twice .. once with the actor and once without. You layer them over eachother and play with the opacity. Then they fade out, over that you add color layers and the particles you make in another programm called Particle Illusion or Cinema 4D
