  • We use an old hot water tank buried in the ground, 3/4" pipes

out the top, heavy enough to last.

  • @4freespeech Pretty much anything will work to some extent. I had 4 or 5 designs before this one,. Since these engines were not designed to have much if any back pressure, I stayed away from smaller pipes and baffles and kept it as straight through as possible and used dirt to deaden the sound

  • Wow! That's amazing! the simplicity is beautiful as well. How much KW are you producing? And are you using the antifreeze as heat? Are you powering up most of your house with this set up? The future is in the past!

  • @notoriouslizw I don't know about KW, but it runs an automotive alternator at 35 amps. My house is only 192 SQ feet, and yes it will run the entire house including the AC and heat on low. I run the refrigerator and arc welder on the grid because the generator only runs 6 hrs a day and the welder is 220 volts. The gen will put out 220 but then I have problems balancing the 125 volt loads so I just keep it at 125 volts and run the welder on the grid.

  • @callmeshane303 You will not cuss here, that is why you were removed.

  • @callmeshane303 Tuned exhaust is for high speed engines, this turnes at 300 to 650 rpm, slower than most engines will even idle at.

The addition of a high performance exhaust system alone is not enough to achieve maximum horsepower & torque. If you install a high performance cam, carburetor, air cleaner, ignition & exhaust system, you can expect to increase your horsepower about 30-40% over stock in gasoline engines, this is a diesel and fuel is free.

  • @rbodell

No serious - using organ pipe harmonics (look it up) by adding a tuned length intake and exhaust, you get much more efficient extraction of the exhaust and filling of the cyclinder.

This produces a fairly large increase in power, at a specific engine speed, which is ideal for a fixed RPM motor.

Could reasonably expect a 20 - 30% increase in power.

More oxygen per combustion cycle, less burnt gas to recompress and reburn, and more exhaust gas scavenged from cylinder.

  • @rbodell :D

  • @SthealthRaider Actually the only requests from neighbors is to remove it LOL

  • why would you want a silencer :) the sound it makes is MUSIC!

  • With out silencer is such nice sound for my ears!
