Amped X box 360 glitch 4 million points

I found a glitch on amped snowboarding on the level stratton mountain 1. I went off a jump and landed on the damn pillar holding up the ski lift and my guy got stuck in it and gave me as many points as I wanted by gibbing with the red button on the controller. I got humped in the end. When he fell off I lost all the points.
