OpenLM Floating License Manager for FLEXlm

OpenLM is a floating license optimizer for software systems based on Macrovision FLEXnet (Globatrotter FLEXlm). This movie demonstrates OpenLM from the end user point of view. The movie demonstrates how OpenLM is manage to save and close a user's project in order to release his floating license back to the pool. Before closing any project, the OpenLM system will save it and will create a pop message bubble for the user, allowing him to reopen the project by a single mouse click. OpenLM is also allowing the end user to query the status of the license server, by displaying the availability of licenses on multiple license servers.

In this film OpenLM features are demonstrated using ESRI Desktop ArcGIS (ArcInfo, ArcEditor and ArcView). OpenLM is also supporting custom applications developed by using ArcObjects, see the Developers samples on our website.
