So you're saying one such cluster was attacked simultaneously by all these botnets and was able to determine which net each bot belonged to by... the attack alone? Or because someone has a big address list of known infected machines and was able to cross-reference. I dunno about that.

At a guess, this is the take off of an important firewall cluster or IDS/IPS system over the span of 60 seconds. Take that log and geolocate the incoming IP addresses then setup a video indexing time and location.
