Ever need to re seat your rim on the bead, but dont have a tire machine. Using a little starting fluid can do the trick, I had best luck leaving the valve stem in, and then as soon as it seat, ruch over with air and blow it up to recomended pressure.

  • never seen that done...hmm..who needs a tire machine!? lol

  • nice

  • Leave the valve stem out, spray anything in a can that lites on the rim cause the rubber will absorb it. Hint don't use too much the first time, you can always try later but too much the first time..... Add a flame very fast but from a very safe distance. Have the valve stem in hand ready to place in the rim. If the tire does go flat its ok, the tire will still seat on the rim enough to air. Or just call a buddy, have a beer and go to a tire shop the next day.

  • i had the same problem as travis091491

  • That's cool.

  • ive tried that before i could never get it to work, i just kept setting the rim on fire lol. how'd you do it?
