What your talking about seems to be the reason I find myself having trouble connecting with any of the queer youth in my area, let alone the few other trans people. Most of them seem like typical teenagers, completely focused on nitpicking every freakin' detail of other peoples lives, and constantly getting into dysfunctional relationships with each other. It's just made it hard for me to find a cohesive community to stand with, it's not all bad, but it definitely has it's problems :/
