  • Can you help me? I can't seem to get past the vibrational phase. I REALLY want to be able to do this. How do I know when I'km ready to leave the body? I feel the vibrations, and I see the light flashes infront of my eyes (when they're closed) Please help?

  • @AtomicPhoenix0 No. I actually just recently read about it myself... I was lucky to have been a lucid dreamer from a young age so approach the astral travel from that side of things thus far... My interest in gaining some proficiency in this area has only of late re surged... But I'm determined! What drives you to try? Exploration? Seeking something specific?

  • @AtomicPhoenix0  He refers to your focal point only. In the darkness that you see at that moment you place the focus of your eyes from a foot to three to six and then take that point and shift it with your awareness to a point that same distance (6') directly above your head. Somewhere around there is a place that induces the sensations he speaks of. Practice practice! Most important is to become comfortable and familiar with the process or relaxation and focus. You can do it! :D
