Batman longs to be a Star Wars stormtrooper - 2006

So I took my family to an Albuquerque Zoo event called Zoo Boo in 2006. Just a day around Halloween when people dress up and go to the zoo. When we got there, there seemed to be a semi organized legion of Star Wars characters there in really good costumes. There was a sign posted near them, so I figure it was kind of an official gathering. There was a good looking Darth Vader and Boba Fett, and many different types of Imperial Stormtroopers. You had the Tie Fighter pilot trooper, the speeder bike trooper, the Episode 1 troopers, the standard ones, and Batman. What? Batman? Yes. Batman. I don't know, but Batman was hanging out with this gathering. It wasn't a bad costume, but it wasn't Star Wars and he looked humorously out of place. I just kept getting the feeling that the guy under the costume threw his costume in the car too meet everybody and when he got to the zoo, he realized it wasn't his Stormtrooper outfit...it was his Batman costume. He shrugged and threw it on and came out to meet the rest of his buddies who remembered to bring Star Wars costumes. They all look like they are saying...Geez George, just go home and get your Stormtrooper costume...your making us look like nerds.

An update. I went again to this Zoo Boo in 2007. All of these Star Wars characters were there again...and so was Batman. So I guess it wasn't a mistake. It's just weird. I posted that video too as a response.

Depends on which set you buy. Some of them are tougher than others. More expensive than anything. Costs roughly 1,000 - 1,500 USD
