Paris Movie Trailer

It's the city of lights, love and occasional rioting featuring burning cars. But on September 18th, you'll get a whole new look at the storied old city.

Featuring Romain Duris and Oscar winner Juliette Binoche, Paris brings us Pierre, a professional dancer with a heart condition. When he approaches his sister for help, he begins to see things differently, and discovers that life may be worth more, or maybe just appreciated more, when you're more likely to lose it. I get the feeling Binoche is going for another statuette. Films with subtitles generally don't do well at the box office, but they make it up at the awards ceremonies. Binoche is one of the most honest and watchable of actors - she alone is worth putting up with subtitles for. Yeah it may be a sentimental feel-good french movie but also one of the more comprehensible! Shame we'll have to look for it in more arthouse cinemas.
