  • Nat "King" Cole created COOL!

  • Mr. Smooth! Mr. Cool! The great one!!!!!!!

  • @stevevandien Fine pianist? That's like saying Mozart was a fine composer. Nat was one of the greatest Jazz pianists that ever lived. All the Jazz piano greats cite him as a major influence. Those trio records afford the listener the chance to hear his genius and mastery of Jazz piano playing.

  • An all time great who died way to young. It's to bad he attributed the smoothness of his voice with smoking packs of cigarettes per day.

  • The epitome of cool.....

  • Look up "smooth" in your dictionary; there's a picture of NAt King Cole.

  • Lovely, AND what a lovely reminder that Nat was a fine pianist as well as one of our best popular singers --
