A pivotal founding figure of the American new wave and punk rock scenes, Debbi Harry as the singer of Blondie has sold more than 60 million records. She has also appeared on Broadway an in more than 30 films.

In 1975, when Blondie were just beginning to make a name for themselves in Max's Kansas City and CBGB, Stephen Sprouse became Debbie's new roommate in their Bowery loft in NYC.

Debbie quickly became Sprouse's icon for his fashion ideas, and he beacme her most dedicated designer. This collaboration streched much further than just the clothes she wore on stage and in music videos. Sprouse also designed the iconic cover of Debby Harry's album ROCKBIRD.
